Operations Manager

Job Summary:   Customer service is the number one priority to Electrical Sales Corporation and is the biggest contributor to our longevity and continued success. The Operations Manager manage day to day operations while maintaining the highest level of customer service possible by using available resources in an efficient manner. This person is the ultimate owner of service from origination to successful completion, including client-follow-ups when appropriate.

ShoreTel Engineer

Job Summary: The ShoreTel Engineer will work with both the existing ShoreTel customer base and new clients to design, install, and support installed systems.  This person will be a resource for the team for advanced escalation in addition to every-day troubleshooting and support. 
 
Technical proficiencies and responsibilities:
·         Proven demonstrated success in expert-level knowledge of ShoreTel phone system engineering
·         Troubleshooting and managing both complex VoIP and Network challenges in all systems ESC services
·         Follow-through with client until item is fully resolved
·         Ability to think critically and walk customers through basic troubleshooting if needed
·         Ability to professionally handle challenging or frustrating situations
Qualifications:
·         3+ years of ShoreTel system support as a technician or engineer
·         Proven experience in customer support
·         Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
·         Patience, a positive, customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment
·         Curiosity in your field and an interest in learning and growing with the telecommunications industry
On-call rotation to be compensated appropriately.

Low Voltage Installer

Job Summary: The Technician will work with a team of technicians to install and terminate low voltage, infrastructure voice, and data cabling. 
 
Technical proficiencies and responsibilities:
·         Cabling and termination of copper and fiber optic cabling
·         Installation of racks and cable management
·         Assisting in the installation of telecommunications and network hardware
·         Assistance in the design and layout of customers data rooms
·         Surveying cabling jobs
Qualifications:
·         3-5 years of relevant experience in low voltage cabling required
·         Willingness to work odd-shifts including nights and weekends
·         Ability to efficiently read and interpret floorplans
·         Good at documenting work performed
·         Reliable Transportation with valid driver’s license and personal insurance
·         Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Curiosity in your field and an interest in learning the telecommunications industry
This position is a 40 hour/week, 2-month commitment contract position with potential for contract extension or full-time hire.  Shift/Times will vary depending upon job schedule need and will include night and weekend work.   Mileage is compensated at the standard federal rate for the business use of personal vehicle.

Data Migration Intern

Job Summary: The Data Migration (DM)Intern will report directly to the head of operations and will help efficiently migrate multiple data sources into a single database hosted by in house Tigerpaw software.  The DM Intern is expected to document the entire process alongside the implementation. The final deliverable for this internship is the full migration of all data including a thoroughly documented plan for the migration, data checking, and implementation of this plan.
 
The intern must work with the ESC team to understand each data point, it’s usage, and the optimal placement in Tigerpaw.  In addition, the intern should work with the team to create and document an efficient process for future data entry to ensure all data remains updated with little increase in effort from ESC employees.  Throughout the process, the DM intern will meet with the team for approval at each stage of creation and implementation.
 
By the end of this internship, you will have real-world experience in data migration from plan creation to data entry/migration.
 
Technical proficiencies and responsibilities:
·         SQL Server Knowledge
·         Expert in Excel
Qualifications:
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Good at documenting work performed
·         Knowledge of data networking, IT, or Telecommunications is a plus
